Discovering and responding to the roads, streets and architecture whether man-made or natural in form, looking broadly and looking at details. It is a response that shows the fascination with observing the environment. |

Plymouth Streets.

The first 12 paintings are called "My Paper Round" Sunday morning walks to get the newspaper. Mutley Road to Hyde Park Road. All the others are fragments from other walks. The last 3 square paintings are the beginnings of a new project call "The Mannamead Ridge" a natural line that links Dartmoor to the sea at Plymouth. |
