Natural Lines in Landscape 10x8
Looking at the landscape closely and exploring the natural lines, shapes, tones and patterns that occur. The living lines and shapes of the landscape we see are echoed in the very fabric of the city, the natural elements it is built out of connect with the landscape around it. This collection of work is inspired from rain, wet light reflecting surfaces, rough cut stone, a crack in the pavement, nature reclaiming a hold on man-made surfaces. The relationship Plymouth has with its immediate neighbours the River Plym, River Tamar, the sea and Dartmoor.
